2009 Crescent Beach Paint Out
& Artists Retreat

October 24 - 31, 2009

Create, Learn, Share, and Explore - that's what the new 2009 Crescent Beach Paint Out is all about. This year, we changed the focus of our event from a pure paint out towards something much more!

In addition to the paint out, we held two great workshops led by Larry Moore and Romel de la Torre. Artists also had a chance to meet and share ideas and thoughts on plein air painting in a number of social activities including:

• Artists Social and Pizza Party,
• Low Country Shrimp Boil on the Beach,
• Gadgets, Gizmos and Goofy Golf Night,
• Sunset "Paint In" at Saltwater Cowboys,
• Island Opening and Awards Ceremony, and
• Downtown Opening and Halloween Party.
